The full process takes 3 to 7 working days: document review (1-2 days), physical visit (1-3 days), and profile activation (1 day). You receive an SMS when your profile goes live.

The Cost Estimator gives a ballpark estimate based on Kolkata construction thumb rules. It accounts for built-up area, floors, quality grade, and zone-wise cost variation. Estimates typically have 10-15% variance. Always add a 15-20% contingency buffer.

Dealer registration is currently free during our Kolkata launch phase. Optional premium plans may be introduced in future. All existing verified dealers will receive advance notice.
